Playtech has launched in Ontario with NorthStar Bets

Playtech has launched its multichannel technology in Ontario earlier this month with NorthStar Bet, an Ontario-brand that provides players with a local, premier user experience on their casino and sportsbook gaming platform. This launch is part of a strategic partnership announced earlier this year.

Under the terms of the deal, Playtech is now NorthStar Gaming’s strategic software and services supplier and is now delivering its IMS platform, casino and live casino service to Ontario’s audiences. With the addition of poker content later in 2022, Playtech will be providing NorthStar Bets with its full technology stack of products. “The launch of Playtech’s new software and services partnership with NorthStar Bets is another key milestone in the development of our strategy in North America.
